Refund Policy
CLASS INFORMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because class size is limited and sufficient time is necessary to contact alternate students, class tuition may only be refunded if notice, in writing or by email, is received seven (7) business days prior to the start date of a class by the instructor or Training Director.

Class registration closes 24 hours in advance of the class start date. Classes are subject to cancellation or date changes at the discretion of the Jupiter Tequesta Dog Club (JTDC).

JTDC does not offer partial refunds, transfers of monies from one class to another or private instruction in lieu of group classes. There shall be no refunds for bitches in season.

If you are unsure that a class is the right class for you and your dog, please contact Kathie Kryla BEFORE signing up via the Registration Form. In the event that a refund is requested and approved, PayPal processing fees will not be refunded.
